1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Dazi! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and the Dazi team regarding your use of Dazi software and related services.
Please read these Terms carefully before downloading, installing, or using Dazi. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Dazi is an AI Agent desktop client that provides:
• Multi-model Support: Integration with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, and other AI service providers
• Skills Marketplace: Rich skill extensions functionality
• Local Data Storage: Your conversation history is stored locally on your device
• Cross-platform Support: Available for macOS, Windows, and Linux
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
3. User Accounts and API Keys
When using Dazi, you must:
• Obtain and manage your own API keys for third-party AI services
• Keep your API keys secure and not share them with others
• Bear all costs incurred from API key usage
You are responsible for all activities conducted through your API keys. If you discover any unauthorized use, please change your API keys immediately.
4. Acceptable Use
When using Dazi, you agree not to:
• Use the service for any illegal purposes
• Generate, distribute, or store illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
• Abuse the service through automated means
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access controls or usage limitations
Violation of these rules may result in service termination.
5. Intellectual Property
The intellectual property rights in Dazi software and all related content (including but not limited to code, design, icons, and documentation) belong to the Dazi team.
Dazi is open source under the Apache 2.0 license. You may use, modify, and distribute the code in compliance with the license terms.
Content you generate through the service belongs to you, but you grant us a limited license necessary to provide the service.
6. Third-Party Services
Dazi integrates with various third-party services, including AI model providers and other tools. When using these services:
• You must comply with the respective third party's terms of service
• We are not responsible for the availability or quality of third-party services
• Pricing and billing for third-party services are managed by the respective providers
Third-party skills in the Skills Marketplace are provided by community developers, and we are not responsible for their content or functionality.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Dazi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
• The service will meet your specific requirements
• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or reliable
AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should exercise your own judgment and verify any important information.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Dazi team shall not be liable for:
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption
• Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months, if any.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms will be posted on this page with the updated date.
Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the modifications, you should stop using our services.
For significant changes, we will provide advance notice through in-app notifications or other reasonable means.
10. Termination
You may stop using Dazi and uninstall the software at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if you:
• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Have prolonged account inactivity
Upon termination, provisions of these Terms that should survive will remain in effect.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a court of competent jurisdiction.
